New Dimensions Health Club has been providing health and fitness activities to the local area of Mt Druitt for 30 years, and Leonay for 10 years. Independently owned, we offer full service facilities to the local area with state of the art equipment, dedicated personal trainers, group fitness instructors and onsite crèche. Specialising in women’s fitness, we offer private ladies only zones, classes and bootcamps to suit all ages, level of fitness and training styles.
New Dimensions Health Club is a community based, friendly and fun place to work out where members are able to connect on the gym floor through a mutual love of fitness.
