GROUP FITNESS
At New Dimensions Health Club, we pride ourselves on offering functional fitness classes that go beyond traditional workouts. Our classes are designed to improve your overall strength, endurance, mobility, and agility by incorporating movements that mirror real-life activities.
Our classes are suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. Our certified instructors will provide modifications and progressions to ensure that everyone receives a challenging and effective workout.
LIFT
In our Lift Class, we focus on the main compound lifts that provide the biggest stimulus for your muscles. With precision and attention to detail, we target exercises such as Deadlifts, Squats, Bench-press, Shoulder-press, Pull-ups, and Hip thrusters to help you reach your full potential and achieve remarkable results.
SWEAT
We will focus on functional strength exercises such as deadlifts, Olympic lifting and kettlebell movements to challenge and strengthen your muscles. But that's not all! We will also incorporate cardio-focused movements to elevate your heart rate and enhance your endurance throughout the entire class
BUILD
These classes are specifically designed to improve strength and body composition through a combination of bodybuilding techniques, compound lifts, and Functional cardio exercises. Additionally, we strategically incorporate cardio exercises to ensure you maintain overall fitness and functionality.
SMASH IT
To finish off a hard week of work, we have designed a class where you can just let loose and smash it out. This class is similar to our conditioning class but with a higher intensity finish to send you off into the weekend.
