In our Lift Class, we focus on the main compound lifts that provide the biggest stimulus for your muscles. With precision and attention to detail, we target exercises such as Deadlifts, Squats, Bench-press, Shoulder-press, Pull-ups, and Hip thrusters to help you reach your full potential and achieve remarkable results.
SWEAT
We will focus on functional strength exercises such as deadlifts, Olympic lifting and kettlebell movements to challenge and strengthen your muscles. But that's not all! We will also incorporate cardio-focused movements to elevate your heart rate and enhance your endurance throughout the entire class
