Set more than 1 alarm:
By setting multiple alarms to wake up to there is more chance that you will get up and train instead of sleeping in. If you are a afternoon trainer this is also key. Ever sleep in and have to stay back at work meaning you miss your gym session?
Have your alarm out of arms reach:
The hardest part of getting up to train in winter is your in a nice warm bed. Have your phone/alarm on the other side of the room to were you are sleeping. By having your alarm away from yourself, you will have to get up out of bed to turn it off. The hardest part is done now!
Pre Plan/Pack your Gym clothes the night before:
By Pre planning your workout gear you are setting yourself up for success to make it to the gym the next day.
