Class Descriptions

LADIES CLASS

Before you build a house you need to lay a solid foundation! This workout is LOW INTENSITY and designed specifically for beginners. you will learn the fundamental movements used to obtain a healthy mind and body, how to prevent injuries, strengthen your core, gain confidence, burn fat, and move better!

CONDITIONING

This is THE BEST fat loss workout available! The unique structure of our groups allows you to maximize the benefit of your program and take full advantage of our expert training staff. Each high intensity cardio workout is designed to increas your core strength, reduce injuries and boost your metabolism.

STRENGTH

You will lift barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells and GET STRONG! Each session is designed to increase your overall strength. Within each class you will not only get stronger but you burn calories at a fast rate during, and for hours after your class.

LOWER COMBINATION

For the first half of this class will be based on lower body strength workouts
followed by conditioning base workouts for the remainder of the class.

UPPER COMBINATION

For the first half of this class will be based on upper body strength workouts
followed by conditioning base workouts for the remainder of the class.

FULL COMBINATION

For the first half of this class will be based on full body strength workouts

followed by conditioning base workouts for the remainder of the class.

BOXING/KICKBOXING

Boxing classes are based on the training concepts boxers use to keep fit. Classes can take a variety of formats but a typical one may involve skipping, hitting pads, kicking and fitness drills
Kickboxing is a martial arts style cardio workout to help maximize a total body workout.

You will need to bring your own boxing gloves with you

SMASH IT

To finish off a hard week of work, we have designed a class where you can just let loose and smash it out. This class is similar to our conditioning class but with a higher intensity finish to send you off into the weekend.
