The Bootcamps are suitable for ladies of all fitness levels and allow you to work at a pace that suits you, however, our aim in each Bootcamp session is to test your fitness and push you to the next level. Each Ladies only Bootcamp is run in a fun, encouraging and motivating atmosphere with like-minded ladies.
